We had our first real family outing on May 2. It was fun to get the girls all dressed up and put on something
besides sweats for myself. By time we took this picture Anna had her pajamas on and as you can tell Maggie was ready for hers. A good friend of our family got married at the State House and the reception was at Union Station, both were beautiful. It was a very nice wedding and it was nice to get out of the house and see family and friends. We have a family wedding on the 22
nd in Louisville so this was our practice round. You may see some of our dresses again :)
Maggie had so much fun dancing with her cousins. She is dancing with her cousin Ally above.
Most mornings Maggie, Anna, and I watch cartoons in bed before we get up and take on the day. Everyday when Maggie wakes up one of the first things she says is "where baby, where?" or if she can hear her crying she will say "baby crying" with a concerned look on her face. Some days i think she is asking about her to see if she is still here. As soon as she sees her she says "hi baby, hi!" about an inch from her face. She loves her sister. When I started pictures she ran and got her play camera and was taking my picture too. She was trying to get Anna to say ''cheese" and look at the camera, it was cute. Below is a picture of Anna at 5 weeks. She is such a sweet baby. She is very calm and relaxed...or maybe we are more calm and relaxed. I swear she is getting longer each day. Her cheeks are coming along nicely and I think she will be out of newborn clothes pretty soon.
