Since When?

I can't believe how long it has been since I've posted. I've thought about it several times, even attempted to write a post on more than one occasion... So, here goes.

We've been busy. Spring break went something like this Friday we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary by going out for sushi. Saturday and Sunday were family birthday parties for Anna. Both parties had store bought cakes/cupcakes (gasp!!) Monday: anna's actual birthday and Kentucky won a pretty big game which has left Jason on cloud nine. We also signed the papers to put our house on the market. We did it, we actually did it. Tuesday the house officially went on the market. Thursday: had the house inspected and started a list of projects around the house. Friday: Jason took the day off work and the madness continued well through Saturday. The kegs from our wedding were even cleared out of the garage. We didn't want to rush into anything. Sunday was Easter and it was fantastic! Monday was back to reality and a day of rest :)

Now that Anna is two she is a new lady with curly hair and all. Her vocabulary has quadruapled and she is becoming quite the talker (not sure where she gets it). She has the best expressions and her body language is something to see. She loves her new toys and riding her bike. And by riding i mean Flintstone style or being pushed. She is still a sweet baby girl and she loves a good cuddle. Hope that stays around for a while.

Maggie is now ready for her birthday and enjoyed sleeping in over break. 7:20 is definite improvement. She had some anxiety over us selling the house. Saturday she asked Jason if Macy and Bella would go with us if we go to a different house. She also was curious if she would get a new mommy and daddy. Jason assured her she would be going with us and the dogs probably would be too. Kidding, he made sure she knew the pups would go where ever we went. She would like her own room, or so she says and would love a swing and a big slide. Today she told me that garages were supposed to be right next to the house. Yes, dear, right next to the house!
